Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at Apa Hotel during my tour of Japan, and while it served its purpose for a quick stop, I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. The rooms were very small and felt like a budget option, and we had trouble finding the hotel upon arrival. On the plus side, the location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions, and the hotel was functional enough for an overnight stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Toyama train station, making it easy to access public transport. My room was quite compact and felt more like a budget option, lacking in space and comfort. While the service was decent and the basic amenities were clean, the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. This hotel may work for a quick stopover, but it's not ideal for longer stays.
Our stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they were very small, making it hard to move around with our luggage. The location is decent, not too far from the station, but the price felt steep for what we got. Overall, it’s manageable for a short stopover, especially if you're headed to Tateyama, but not ideal if you're looking for a pleasant stay.
I found this hotel to be overpriced considering the size of the rooms and amenities offered. The location was decent, close to the station, but the rooms felt cramped and not very inviting. The staff was friendly, which was a plus, but overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again given the price point.
